Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! To make sure your order meets your needs, please check the items carefully while the delivery person waits.

You must decide at this point if you will accept the order or initiate a refund. Refunds can only be processed by returning the order immediately to the courier.

For exchanges, simply pay the delivery fee before the delivery man leaves, and then reach out to our team to arrange your desired replacement.

Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and the original packaging intact.

Exclusions: we do not accept returns on items that are damaged, altered, or used.

Refund: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund for the purchase price will be processed (excluding shipping fees). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
